Terms & Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Vraiment – Peters, Sole Proprietorship.
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You may place products into your shopping cart without obligation and modify your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the adjustment tools provided and explained during the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items contained in your cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The languages available for concluding the contract are: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms & Conditions in text form. The contract text can also be viewed within your customer account.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the product prices displayed, the following shipping costs apply:

We ship the goods to the delivery address specified during the order process.
Self-collection is not possible.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices applicable are those displayed at the time of the order. These are total prices.
According to §19 UStG (German VAT Act), VAT is not charged.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. The card will be charged immediately after submitting the order.
PayPal / PayPal Express
To pay via PayPal, you must have a PayPal account, authenticate yourself and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will take place immediately after submitting the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
