Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (U. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You may also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically via our website or by email at support@vraimentbags.com. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation (e.g. by email) of the receipt of such a withdrawal without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract is received by us.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to:

without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
